Partnership for a Healthy Delaware County

Purpose:

The Partnership for a Healthy Delaware County (The Partnership), is a group of agency directors, organizations, businesses and residents representing multiple sectors of Delaware County — from healthcare to business and industry to the schools to churches. The Partnership assesses the health of our community and develops and implements an action plan to improve population health. The Partnership uses a community-driven strategic planning process to generate key health strategies, which drive policies, systems and environmental change. This group is responsible for the community health assessment and the community health improvement plan.

Mission:

The Partnership vision is to create a community where we work together to provide opportunities for complete health and well-being.

The Partnership in its entirety meets four times per year from 9:30-11:30am at the Delaware Public Health District, 470 S. Sandusky St., Delaware, Ohio.
