  • No TB testing on Thursdays, or on Fridays before a Monday holiday
  • Requires a return to our clinic in 48-72 hours for reading of the test and documentation
  • Available during adult clinic hours: Walk-ins welcome
  • Pregnancy health education and referrals to other community services are provided by a registered nurse
  • Documentation of a positive pregnancy test is provided to apply for Medicaid and WIC

Accepted Payment Types

Immunizations may be available on a sliding fee scale (child immunization slides could reduce the cost to $0). The Delaware General Health District works with the following:

  • Accepts ALL Medicaid plans
  • Medicare Part B (HMO plans not accepted)
  • Accepted private plans: Aetna, Anthem, CareSource (market place plan), Cigna, Medical Mutual, TriCare, United Healthcare, UMR, Humana Ohio Health Choice Plans, OhioHealth Group Plans
  • If you do not see your insurance listed, please call and ask
