On July 27, 2021, the CDC recommended 5 critical factors be considered to inform local decision-making and community guidance. Click here to access report card.

Based upon this recommendation, DPHD will look at these factors on a weekly basis and report a pass or fail status for each available factor.

When 2 or more of the factors are reported as failing, a recommendation will be made that everyone (including fully vaccinated individuals) wear a mask in public indoor settings.

In addition, everyone should comply with the practices of facilities and businesses that continue to require masks. Fully vaccinated individuals should make the decision to wear a mask based on their own risk assessment or that of their family and friends.
