DELAWARE, Oh. – The SAFE Delaware County Coalition’s Teen Driver Task Force along with law enforcement representatives will be available to talk safety after the mock crash taking place at Big Walnut High School on Thursday, April 26 at 9:00am.
The Teen Driver Task Force was brought together based on Delaware County parents’ desire to improve the driving skills of teens and prevent future teens from being involved in motor vehicle crashes.
Corinne Gasper, co-chairwoman of the task force, wants to educate teens in every high school in Delaware County about roadway dangers after she lost her daughter to a drugged driver almost six years ago.
Gasper along with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and other SAFE partners will be on hand Thursday to discuss their efforts in enforcing safety measures for teen drivers.

Hello,
This is Kevin Landers with 10tv. I’m looking to speak with someone from this organization today for a story I’m working on involving teen drivers.
I’d like to focus on someone who has lost a child who was a teen driver. If you know someone who would be willing to talk today before 3pm please pass along my number.
We’re doing a story today because AAA has come out with some important stats on teen driving between now and Labor Day.
Thank you for your help.
