The Delaware General Health District, Division of Personal Health provides services and programs designed to prevent disease and protect the health of every resident in the health district. Our goal is to support and improve your health and the health of our communities through the provision of a wide array of services including: immunization services, screening programs, health education, nutritional services and many others.

Our public health nurses, social workers, dietitians and educators are dedicated to providing you with the best possible public health services. We can help you assure the health of your child through our services such as newborn home visits, WIC, Immunizations, school health services and educational opportunities.
