The Division of Food Protection and Public Safety staff regularly inspect all of the retail food establishments and food service operations in Delaware County.
Sanitarians enforce the rules contained in the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code (Ohio Administrative Code 3717-1) to protect public health. The primary goal of inspection and education is to prevent food borne illness.
